The Debtors, through the Noticing and Claims Agent, caused the Combined Notice, and notice of the Plan and Disclosure Statement to be mailed to all known holders of Claims Interests, and all other Entities required to be served under Bankruptcy Rules 2002 and 3016, including by expedited means for such known holders of Claims, Interests, and other Entities that reside or are domiciled outside the United States.
