Solicitation Materials means all solicitation materials in respect of the Plan.

Solicitation Materials means materials used in connection with the solicitation of votes on the Plan, including the Disclosure Statement, the Disclosure Statement Approval Order, and any procedures established by the Bankruptcy Court with respect to solicitation of votes on the Plan.
