Sharing Information means different things to different government sectors at different times. It may be collecting and sharing intelligence between two security divisions, or sharing original e-crime data, observations on these data, surveillance notes, scientific facts, commercial transaction data, and other. As there are no standard methods for e-government information sharing, the modes of sharing are currently not uniformly monitored, authenticated and recorded. Information differs in the level of detail, the quantity or type of data exchanged. Furthermore, the sharing is not always guaranteed to be safe from risks that may include, unauthorized access, malicious alteration, destruction of information or misinformation, computer intrusions, copyright infringement, privacy violations, human rights violations and other. A safe information sharing framework in an e-government system requires more than applying encryption algorithms to the data and must be designed to be flexible and evolving just as cyber-security threats evolve.

Examples of Sharing Information in a sentence

  • Supporting information means the experience and judgment of the filer and the experience or data of other insurers or organizations relied on by the filer, the interpretation of any statistical data relied on by the filer, description or methods used in making the rates and any other similar information required to be filed by the commissioner.

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • Rating Information means any information provided for the purpose of determining the initial credit rating for the Notes or undertaking credit rating surveillance on the Notes (as contemplated by paragraph (a)(3)(iii)(C) of Rule 17g-5).

  • Listing Information means an Onvoy Customer’s primary name, address (including city, state and zip code), telephone number(s), the delivery address and number of directories to be delivered, and, in the case of a business Customer, the primary business heading under which the business Customer desires to be placed, and any other information Frontier deems necessary for the publication and delivery of directories.

  • Forward-Looking Information means disclosure regarding possible events, conditions or financial performance that is based on assumptions about future economic conditions and courses of action and includes future-oriented financial information with respect to prospective financial performance, financial position or cash flows that is presented as a forecast or a projection;

  • Tax Information means information and/or properly completed and signed tax certifications sufficient to eliminate the imposition of or to determine the amount of any withholding of tax, including FATCA Withholding Tax.

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Patient identifying information means an insured's address, telephone number, facsimile number, electronic mail address, photograph or likeness, employer, employment status, social security number, or any other information that is likely to lead to the identification of the insured.

  • Financial Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

  • Derived Information means such written information regarding the Notes as is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor, which information is not any of (A) Issuer Information, (B) Prepricing Information or (C) contained in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Ratings Free Writing Prospectus or the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of them, taking into account information incorporated therein by reference (other than information incorporated by reference from any information regarding the Notes that is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor); and

  • Restricting Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.09(a).

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.

  • Business Information means all information and records (in whatever form held and whether commercial, financial, technical or otherwise) relating to the Company or the business or activities or affairs of the Company, which can be reasonably considered to be confidential to the Company.
