Shariah Supervisory Board definition

Shariah Supervisory Board means our Shariah supervisory board.
Shariah Supervisory Board means the board appointed by the Money Manager and theManager for the purposes of ensuring that the aims, objects, business, affairs, activities and operations of the Old Mutual Global Islamic Equity Fund are in compliance with Shari’ah. A compliance with any ruling of the Shari’ah Supervisory Board in respect of a particular matter or issue shall be deemed to be in compliance with Shari’ah in respect of that matter or issue, for all purposes.
Shariah Supervisory Board means a body of Shariah experts who certifies the securities/ assets as Shariah compliant.
