Examples of Shareowners in a sentence
The Corporation shall call a Special Meeting of Shareowners in the event that the holders of at least ten percent (10%) of all of the votes entitled to be cast on any issue request a special meeting be held.
Special Meetings of the Shareowners may be called by the Board of Directors or the Chief Executive Officer.
The Annual Meeting of Shareowners shall be held at such date and time as the Board of Directors may determine.
