Shared Customers definition

Shared Customers means the customers of the DSD Business who purchase and receive the Products through both the DSD Business and NSO Business.
Shared Customers means customers referenced in Seller’s customer databases as having visited a Casino (and who have an actual transaction history at such Casino) and any other casino or hotel owned by Seller or Subsidiaries other than the Casinos.
Shared Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 6.17.

More Definitions of Shared Customers

Shared Customers means those customers listed on the Marina Database as having wagered at one or more of the casinos located at the Other Properties.

Related to Shared Customers
