Settlement Documents means the Settlement and Plans Support Agreement, the UKPI Settlement Deed, the Deed of Release and the NNSA Settlement Deed;

More Definitions of Settlement Documents

Settlement Documents means the Settlement Agreement and all other documents and agreements executed on or about the date thereof by Borrower in connection with the Settlement Agreement.
Settlement Documents means the Memorandum of Understanding signed by litigation counsel to Seagate, Veritas, Suez and the other parties thereto on October 13, 2000 setting forth the principal terms relating to the settlement of the class action litigation referred to therein, as amended by any subsequent settlement documents executed and delivered by the parties thereto.
Settlement Documents means this Note, the $3 Million Interest Advance Note, the $10 Million Note, the $10 Million Interest Advance Note, the Settlement Agreement, the Security Documents and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments executed and delivered by the Makers, or any of them, in connection with this Note, in each case as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Settlement Documents means the Contracts entered into by the Plaintiffs and the Defendants with respect to the Settlement, including the Settlement Agreement, dated as of the date of this Agreement, by and between the Plaintiffs and the Defendants (the “Settlement Agreement”), and the Contracts and other documents and instruments entered into or contemplated to be entered into in connection with the Settlement Agreement.
