Separate Action. Each default in payment of any amount due under this Guaranty will, at Lender’s sole option, give rise to a separate cause of action under this Guaranty, and separate suits, at Lender’s sole option, may be brought under this Guaranty as each cause of action arises.
Separate Action. Borrower covenants and agrees not to, and hereby expressly waives any right to, raise as a defense, affirmative defense, set off, recoupment or otherwise against any Lender Party any claim arising from or relating to an alleged breach of this Section 11.14 in any action, claim or proceeding relating to a breach of the Loan Documents by Borrower or other action to enforce or recover the Obligations, and covenant and agree that any claim against a Lender Party arising from or relating to an alleged breach of this Section 11.14 by a Lender Party shall only be asserted as an affirmative claim in a separate action against the applicable Lender Party.
Separate Action. In case of default hereunder, the Guarantee Beneficiaries may maintain an action or separate successive actions upon this Guarantee against the Guarantor whether or not the Borrower or any other Material Subsidiary is joined therein or a separate action is brought against the Borrower, any other Material Subsidiary or any other guarantor or any judgment obtained against any of them. The Guarantee Beneficiaries’ rights shall not be exhausted by the exercise of any of the Guarantee Beneficiaries’ rights hereunder or otherwise against the Guarantor or by any number of successive actions until and unless all Guaranteed Obligations have been fully paid and performed, and each of the Guarantor’s obligations hereunder has been fully performed.
Separate Action. The Administrative Agent may bring and prosecute a separate action or actions against each Guarantor (or any one or more of them) whether or not the Borrower, any other Guarantor, any Loan Party, any other Obligor or any other Person is joined in any such action or a separate action or actions are brought against the Borrower, any other Guarantor, any Loan Party, any other Obligor, any other Person, or any collateral or security for all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations. The obligations of each Guarantor under, and the effectiveness of, this Guaranty are not conditioned upon the existence or continuation of any other guarantee (including any letter of credit) of or collateral or security for all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations.
Separate Action. Lessor may bring and prosecute a separate action against Guarantor to enforce Guarantor's liability hereunder, whether or not any action is brought against Lessee or any other person or entity and whether or not Lessee or such other person or entity is joined in such action or actions. Nothing shall prohibit Lessor from exercising its rights against Guarantor, Lessee, the security, if any, for the Obligations, and any other person or entity simultaneously, jointly and/or severally. Guarantor shall be bound by each and every ruling, order and judgment obtained by Lessor against Lessee in respect of the Obligations, whether or not Guarantor is a party to the action or proceeding in which such ruling, order or judgment is issued or rendered.
Separate Action. Guarantor agrees that all of its obligations under this Guaranty are independent of the obligations of Tenant under the Lease and that a separate action may be brought against it, whether or not an action is commenced against Tenant under the Lease.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Administrative Agent (or if there is no Administrative Agent, the Required Lenders) may bring and prosecute a separate action or actions against the Guarantor whether or not the Borrower, any other guarantor or any other Person is joined in any such action or a separate action or actions are brought against the Borrower, any other guarantor, any other Person, or any collateral for all or any part of the Guarantied Obligations. The obligations of the Guarantor under, and the effectiveness of, this Guaranty are not conditioned upon the existence or continuation of any other guarantee (including any letter of credit) of all or any part of the Guarantied Obligations. By its acceptance hereof, each Lender agrees that this Guaranty may be enforced only by action of the Administrative Agent upon the instructions of the Required Lenders (or if there is no Administrative Agent, the Required Lenders) and that no Lender shall have any right individually to seek to enforce or to enforce this Guaranty.
Separate Action. 57. The decision of the Competition Authority to accept commitments cannot be appealed. This is pursuant to Chapter 7, Section 1 of the SCA.
Separate Action. The obligations of the Guarantor hereunder are independent of the obligations of Crown Media, and any other guarantor of the Obligations, and a separate 4 5 action or actions may be brought and prosecuted against the Guarantor whether or not any action is brought against Crown Media or any of such other guarantors and whether or not such Persons are joined in any such action or actions.
