Servicing Expense definition

Servicing Expense is defined in Exhibit A.
Servicing Expense. Any fees, expenses or advances payable or reimbursable to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer under the Servicing Agreement or otherwise in connection with the servicing and administration of the Mortgage Collateral thereunder.
Servicing Expense represents a Monthly charge for loan origination and servicing which includes the following charges: Origination - $6.65 per application Customer Service - $1.24 per Active Account per Billing Cycle Collection - $17.50 per delinquent Account per Billing Cycle (excluding charged off Accounts) Systems and Other Service Expenses - $3.50 per Active Account per Billing Cycle

Examples of Servicing Expense in a sentence

  • In the event the Servicer is reimbursed for any amount that does not qualify as a Servicing Expense, the Servicer shall be obligated to refund such amounts to the Manager, or, if so directed by the Manager, directly to the Company (to the Collection Account) on the Specified Date immediately following the Servicer’s receipt of notice from the Manager requesting the same.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Servicing Advance, Servicing Expense or indemnification amount that the Servicer or the Special Servicer determines in its reasonable judgment to only relate to the Pari Passu Participation and not to any related Companion Participation, shall not be allocated to such Companion Participation.

More Definitions of Servicing Expense

Servicing Expense means all costs and expenses incurred by the Reinsurer pursuant to the performance of the Servicing Duties under the Services Agreement, including without limitation costs and expenses arising out of or related to soliciting, underwriting, binding and issuing Treaties, collecting premium and other charges related to the Treaties, providing services for the Treaties, administering the Third Party Reinsurance, interacting with reinsurance intermediary brokers, paying reinsurance intermediary broker compensation, administering the Company’s Deferred Acquisition Cost (“DAC”) tax obligation, and performing all services necessary or appropriate for the administration of the Treaties, all to the extent set forth therein.

Related to Servicing Expense

  • Additional Servicing Expenses means (a) all Property Protection Advances, fees and/or expenses incurred by and reimbursable to any Servicer, Trustee, Certificate Administrator or fiscal agent pursuant to the Servicing Agreement relating solely to the Mortgage Loan, and (b) all interest accrued on Advances made by (x) any Servicer or Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Servicing Agreement or (y) any Non-Lead Servicer or Non-Lead Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Primary Servicing Fee means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Mortgage Loan, the fee payable to the Primary Servicer pursuant to Section 3.01(c)(20) of this Agreement.

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.

  • Basic Servicing Fee means the fee payable pursuant to Section 3.09 to the Servicer on each Payment Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period or, with respect to the first Payment Date, the Original Pool Balance.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Servicing Fees With respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Loan, the Master Servicing Fee and the Special Servicing Fee.

  • Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer for services rendered during each Collection Period, determined pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Non-Recoverable Servicing Advance Any portion of a Servicing Advance previously made or proposed to be made by the Servicer that, in the good faith judgment of the Servicer, will not or, in the case of a current Servicing Advance, would not, be ultimately recoverable by the Servicer from the related Mortgagor, related Liquidation Proceeds or otherwise with respect to the related Mortgage Loan.

  • Servicing Advances All customary, reasonable and necessary "out of pocket" costs and expenses incurred in the performance by the Master Servicer of its servicing obligations, including, but not limited to, the cost of (i) the preservation, restoration and protection of a Mortgaged Property, (ii) any expenses reimbursable to the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.11 and any enforcement or judicial proceedings, including foreclosures, (iii) the management and liquidation of any REO Property and (iv) compliance with the obligations under Section 3.09.

  • Special Servicing Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.

  • Nonrecoverable Property Advance shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Outside Servicing Agreement.

  • Special Servicing Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Period Servicing Amount means, for any twelve month period with respect to each of the Shared-Loss Agreements during which the loss-sharing provisions of the applicable Shared-Loss Agreement are in effect, the product of (i) the simple average of the principal amount of Shared-Loss Loans and Shared-Loss Assets (other than the Shared-Loss Securities) (in each case as defined in the Shared-Loss Agreements), as the case may be, at the beginning of such period and at the end of such period times (ii) one percent (1%).

  • Collateral Servicing Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Master Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.25% per annum.

  • General Servicing Fee With respect to each Due Period and any Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (i) the General Servicing Fee Rate and (ii) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the related Determination Date. The General Servicing Fee is payable solely from, the interest portion (including recoveries with respect to interest from Liquidation Proceeds to the extent permitted by Section 3.02 of this Agreement) of such Monthly Payments collected by the Servicer, or as otherwise provided under this Agreement. General Servicing Fee Rate: 0.50% per annum.

  • Servicing Base Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;
