Serviced Properties definition

Serviced Properties means those the Initial Serviced Properties and any Additional Properties.
Serviced Properties means those properties described in Schedule B.
Serviced Properties means any property which falls under the jurisdiction of this Agreement and is receiving Municipal Services.

Examples of Serviced Properties in a sentence

  • The Services to be provided hereunder shall be performed with that degree of care, diligence and skill that a reasonably prudent Person involved in the acquisition, development and management of mineral and royalty interests in oil and natural gas properties comparable to those of the Serviced Properties would exercise.

  • During the Term and for so long as any Services are being provided with respect to the Serviced Properties by the Manager, each of the Parties will provide the other Party and its authorized representatives reasonable access, during regular business hours upon reasonable notice, to it and its employees, representatives, facilities and books and records as the other Party and its representatives may reasonably request in order to perform and receive the Services.

  • The invoice shall set forth in reasonable detail for the period covered by such invoice the following information: (a) all Direct Expenses incurred or payments made by the Manager on behalf of Xxxxxxx Operating or the Serviced Properties and (b) the basis, in reasonable detail, for the calculation of such Direct Expenses.

  • The Manager shall remit to the applicable member of the Partnership Group any and all amounts collected with respect to the Serviced Properties within no later than 30 days of receipt of such amounts.

  • Xxxxxxx Operating or the Manager may terminate this Agreement upon the sale or disposition of all or substantially all of the Serviced Properties by providing the other Party with at least 90 days’ notice of its election to terminate this Agreement.

  • The Manager shall remit to the applicable member of the Partnership Group any and all amounts collected with respect to such member of the Partnership Group’s interest in the Serviced Properties within no later than 30 days of receipt of such amounts.

  • The Manager agrees to provide and furnish, all requisite operational, management, technical and administrative support services and take such actions, in each case as reasonably necessary in order to assist the Partnership Group in operating and maintaining any Serviced Properties.

More Definitions of Serviced Properties

Serviced Properties has the meaning ascribed in Section 3.2.
Serviced Properties means those properties and assets owned by the Acquired Company as of the Effective Date.
Serviced Properties means any oil and natural gas assets or related interests that are acquired by the Service Recipients and their subsidiaries on the date of this Agreement or that are acquired pursuant to an Acquisition.

Related to Serviced Properties

  • Mortgaged Properties the real properties listed on Schedule 1.1B, as to which the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders shall be granted a Lien pursuant to the Mortgages.

  • Owned Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Leased Properties have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 herein.

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Developed Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which Building Permits were issued on or before May 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, provided that such Assessor's Parcels were created on or before January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year and that each such Assessor's Parcel is associated with a Lot, as determined reasonably by the Board.

  • Excluded Properties the collective reference to the fee or leasehold interest in real properties owned by the Parent Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries not described in Schedule 5.8.

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Custodial property means an interest in property transferred to a custodian under this act and the income from, and proceeds of, that interest in property.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Transferred Property shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

  • Improved Property means any property upon which there is erected a structure intended for continuous or periodic habitation, occupancy or use by human beings or animals and from which structure Sanitary Sewage and/or Industrial Wastes shall be or may be discharged.

  • Mortgaged Real Property means any parcel of Real Property that shall become subject to a Mortgage after the Closing Date, in each case together with all of such Credit Party’s right, title and interest in the improvements and buildings thereon and all appurtenances, easements or other rights belonging thereto.

  • Mortgaged Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties owned, leased or operated by the Consolidated Parties at such time.

  • Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.

  • Unencumbered Properties means each Acceptable Property that either (a) is an Initial Unencumbered Property or (b) becomes an Unencumbered Property pursuant to Section 4.03, and “Unencumbered Property” means any one of the Unencumbered Properties.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Individual Property means each parcel of real property, the Improvements thereon and all Personal Property owned by Mortgage Borrower and encumbered by a Mortgage, together with all rights pertaining to such Property and Improvements, as more particularly described in each Mortgage and referred to therein as the “Property”.

  • Leaseholds of any Person shall mean all the right, title and interest of such Person as lessee or licensee in, to and under leases or licenses of land, improvements and/or fixtures.

  • Securitization Property means the property described in section 10j.

  • Borrowing Base Properties means the Oil and Gas Properties of the Loan Parties included in the Initial Reserve Report and thereafter in the most recently delivered Reserve Report delivered pursuant to Section 8.12.

  • The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II hereof.

  • Transferred Real Property means (a) the Transferred Owned Real Property and (b) the premises that is subject to the Transferred Real Property Leases.

  • Other Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.

  • Closing Date Mortgaged Property as defined in Section 3.1(h).
