Series Servicing Fee definition

Series Servicing Fee with respect to any series of Notes shall have the meaning set forth in the Indenture Supplement.
Series Servicing Fee means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Servicing Fee with respect to such Monthly Period and (b) the Series [•] Floating Allocation Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period.
Series Servicing Fee means, with respect to any Series, the amount of the servicing fee specified in the applicable Supplement.

  • The Calculation Agent shall make the following adjustments after giving effect to step (42) of the Cash Flows (Series Servicing Fee Shortfall from Class C Principal): Class A Usage of Class C Notes.

  • The Prefunding Excess Amount for each Tranche of Notes shall be withdrawn from the Principal Funding Subaccount for such Tranche, deposited into the DiscoverSeries Collections Account and treated as Series Principal Amounts (to be added to the Series Principal Amounts remaining after step (43) (Series Servicing Fee Shortfall from Class B Principal)).

More Definitions of Series Servicing Fee

Series Servicing Fee means for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the product of (i) a fraction the numerator of which is the actual number of days in such Monthly Period and the denominator of which is 365 or 366, (ii) the Series Servicing Fee Percentage and (iii) the Adjusted Invested Amount as of the beginning of the day on the first day of such Monthly Period.
Series Servicing Fee means, with respect to any Series of Notes, the amount specified as the “Series [#] Servicing Fee” in the related Indenture Supplement.
Series Servicing Fee means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the pro rata portion of the Certificateholders Monthly Servicing Fee allocable to the Series [____] Notes based on the Series [____] Floating Allocation Percentage for such Transfer Date.
