Investor Servicing Fee definition

Investor Servicing Fee means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of the Investor Servicing Fee Percentage and the Series Investor Interest on the first day of the Due Period related to such Distribution Date (or in the case of the first Distribution Date for the Series established hereby, the Series Initial Investor Interest).
Investor Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3(a) hereof.
Investor Servicing Fee shall have, with respect to each Series, the meaning specified in Section 3.02.

Examples of Investor Servicing Fee in a sentence

  • By initialing here, the Dealer agrees to the terms of eligibility for the Investor Servicing Fee set forth in this Schedule I.

  • The Dealer represents by its acceptance of each payment of the Investor Servicing Fee that it complies with each of the above requirements.

  • Should the Dealer choose to opt out of this provision, it will not be eligible to receive the Investor Servicing Fee and initialing is not necessary.
