By initialing here, the Dealer agrees to the terms of eligibility for the Investor Servicing Fee set forth in this Schedule I.
The Dealer represents by its acceptance of each payment of the Investor Servicing Fee that it complies with each of the above requirements.
Should the Dealer choose to opt out of this provision, it will not be eligible to receive the Investor Servicing Fee and initialing is not necessary.
