Series F Distribution Period definition

Series F Distribution Period means a period of time from and including the preceding Series F Distribution Payment Date, to, but excluding, the next Series F Distribution Payment Date for such Series F Distribution Period.
Series F Distribution Period means monthly distribution periods commencing on the first day of each month and ending on and including the day preceding the first day of the next succeeding Series F Distribution Period (other than the initial Series F Distribution Period, which shall commence on the date Series F Preferred Units are first issued and sold).
