Series Adjusted Invested Amount definition

Series Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any Series and for any Due Period, the initial principal amount of the Investor Certificates of such Series after subtracting therefrom the excess, if any, of the cumulative amount (calculated in accordance with the terms of the related Supplement) of investor charge-offs for such Series as of the last day of the immediately preceding Due Period over the aggregate reimbursement of such investor charge-offs as of such last day.
Series Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any Due Period:

Series Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any Series and for any Monthly Period, the Series Invested Amount of such Series, less the excess, if any, of the cumulative amount (calculated in accordance with the terms of the related Supplement) of investor charge-offs, subordination of principal collections and funding of the investor default amount for any other Class of Investor Certificates of such Series or another Series allocable to the Invested Amount for such Series as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period over the aggregate reimbursement of such investor charge-offs, subordination of principal collections and funding of the investor default amount for any other Class of Investor Certificates of such Series or another Series as of such last day, or such lesser amount as may be provided in the Supplement for such Series.
Series Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any Series and for any Monthly Period, the Series Invested Amount of such Series, after subtracting therefrom the excess, if any, of the cumulative amount (calculated in accordance with the terms of the related Supplement) of investor charge-offs, subordination of principal collections and funding of the investor default amount for any other Class of Investor Certificates of such Series or another Series allocable to the Invested Amount for such Series as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period over the aggregate reimbursement of such investor charge-offs, subordination of principal collections and funding of the investor default amount for any other Class of Investor Certificates of such Series or another Series as of such last day, or such lesser amount as may be provided in the Supplement for such Series.
Series Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any outstanding series and for any Collection Period, the sum of (a) the Initial Invested Amount of the Investor Certificates of such Series on the Determination Date occurring in such Collection Period (after giving effect to any changes therein to be made on the following Distribution Date pursuant to the applicable Supplement) after subtracting therefrom the excess, if any, of the cumulative amount (calculated in accordance with the terms of the related Supplement) of investor charge-offs for such Series as of the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period over the aggregate reimbursement of such investor charge-offs as of such last day, and (b) the Available Subordinated Amount, if any, with respect to such Series, on the Determination Date occurring in such Collection Period (after giving effect to the allocations, distributions, withdrawals and deposits to be made on the Distribution Date following such Determination Date pursuant to the applicable Supplement) (or the initial Available Subordinated Amount with respect to any Collection Period occurring prior to the first Determination Date following the related Series Issuance Date).
Series Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any Series and for any Monthly Period, the Series Invested Amount for such Series for such Monthly Period, less the excess, if any, of the cumulative amount (calculated in accordance with the terms of the related Supplement) of investor charge-offs allocable to the Invested Amount for such Series as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period over the aggregate reimbursement of such investor charge-offs as of such last day, or such lesser amount as may be provided in the Prospectus Supplement for such Series.
Series Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to Series 1999-5 and for any Monthly Period, the Initial Invested Amount for Series 1999-5, less the excess, if any, of all reductions in the Invested Amount (other than any reductions occasioned by payments of principal to the Series 1999-5 Certificateholders or to the Collateral Interest Holder) as of the last day of the preceding Monthly Period over the aggregate amount of any reimbursement of such reductions as of such last day.
Series Adjusted Invested Amount are defined in Section 2.02(a).
