Aggregate Invested Amount definition

Aggregate Invested Amount means, at any date of determination, the sum of the Invested Amounts with respect to all Outstanding Series on such date of determination.
Aggregate Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, the aggregate Invested Amount of all Receivable Interests of all Purchasers outstanding on such date.
Aggregate Invested Amount means at any time the sum of the Series Invested Amounts of all Series of Investor Certificates then issued and outstanding.

  • If the Aggregate Invested Amount is to decrease on a Settlement Date, each Settlement Date Investment made by the Purchasers on such date shall be reduced by their respective pro rata shares of the reduced Aggregate Invested Amount (and the reduction in the Aggregate Invested Amount shall be paid to the applicable Purchasers in the relevant Approved Currency in accordance with Section 2.6(f) hereof).

  • If the Aggregate Invested Amount is to increase on a Settlement Date, each Settlement Date Investment by the Purchasers made on such date shall be increased by their respective pro rata shares of the increased Aggregate Invested Amount (i.e., through an Incremental Investment in accordance with the terms hereof).
