Related Supplement definition

Related Supplement means the Supplement pursuant to which such Series of Notes is issued and the "related Series Enhancer" shall mean the Series Enhancer for such Series of Notes.

Examples of Related Supplement in a sentence

  • The benefit of this Indenture shall be allocated and shared among the Trust and the Noteholders in accordance with the terms hereof and any Related Supplement.

  • The Notes shall initially be registered on the Note Registers in the name of the Clearing Agency or its nominee and no Book-Entry Noteholder will receive Definitive Notes representing such Noteholder’s interest in the Notes, except as provided in Section 2.11(3) or the Related Supplement.
