Series 2005-1B Notes definition

Series 2005-1B Notes means the Notes created and to be issued under this Indenture in the original principal amount of $45,000,000 and designated as the "Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes, Subordinate Series 2005-1B."

  • Class B Notes means any one of the Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2.

  • Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.
