SEPA payment definition

SEPA payment means a payment transaction carried out within the SEP statutory area;
SEPA payment means cashless money transfer in euro cur- rency within the SEPA area – with the indication of obligatory requisites as per Article 7 hereof and in accordance with the applicable legal regulations which meet the principles set by the Bank for SEPA payment.

  • Basic Rent Payment Date means the Delivery Date, and the numerically corresponding day in each calendar month thereafter during the Term, and if such day is not a Business Day, then the immediately preceding calendar day which is a Business Day.
