Senior Subordinated Debt Documents definition

Senior Subordinated Debt Documents means the indenture under which the Senior Subordinated Debt was issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Senior Subordinated Debt or providing for any Guarantee or other right in respect thereof.

Senior Subordinated Debt Documents means the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture, the Senior Subordinated Notes and all agreements and documents executed in connection therewith at any time, including without limitation those agreements and documents listed on Schedule 1.1-C hereto.

Senior Subordinated Debt Documents means the Senior Subordinated Indenture and the Senior Subordinated Notes referred to in the Senior Subordinated Indenture.

Senior Subordinated Debt Documents means all documents and agreements executed and delivered in connection with the original issuance of the Senior Subordinated Debt, including the Senior Subordinated Debt Indentures and the promissory notes evidencing Indebtedness thereunder, in each case as the same may be amended or modified, without prejudice to the provisions of Section 9.19 hereof.
