Foco & Jan Marie Foco, Trustees; (iv) the Subordinated Note due 2003, dated January 14, 1999, in the principal amount of $534,899.70, payable to Theodore Keenan; and (v) the Subordinated Note due 2003, dated January 14, 1999, in the principal amount of $836,099.36, payable to James T. Broyles.
