Definition of Bridge Notes


Bridge Notes means the 10% Secured Convertible Subordinated Promissory Notes issued pursuant to the Bridge Loan Agreement.


Bridge Notes means, collectively, the bridge notes dated September 29, 2003 between the Trust and each of the Bridge Lenders providing for advances of up to $30 million to the Trust to assist with the payout of the then existing credit facility and the payment of the Deferred Purchase Price Obligation as a result of the acquisition of the Carlyle Properties.

Bridge Notes means those convertible promissory notes issued pursuant to that certain Note Purchase Agreement, dated November 20, 2012, by and between the Corporation and the persons and entities listed on the schedule of investors attached thereto.

Bridge Notes means the 20% senior secured convertible bridge notes issued pursuant to the Bridge Securities Purchase Agreements in the aggregate principal amount of $8,000,000.


Bridge Notes means the term notes in the principal amount of $40,816,327 issued by Issuer on the Closing Date to the Bridge Note Purchasers.
