Semi−private room definition

Semi−private room means the lowest cost, multiple− bed accommodation in the section of the hospital appropriate for treatment of the recipient’s condition, which is available at the time of admission.
Semi−private room means a room in a health care facility containing two beds for patients of the facility.

  • Semi-private Room means a single or two-bedded, or a room with maximum double occupancy and with a shared bath / shower room in a Hospital but excluding any room of upper class with its own kitchen, dining or sitting room(s).
