Seller Officers means the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President, Financial Services and Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer, the Vice President of Business Development and the Vice President of Professional Services of the Seller, and any officers of the Seller succeeding to the responsibilities of such officers after the date hereof.
