SEDAR System Fees means those fees set forth in the System Fee Rules charged in connection with SEDAR;
SEDAR System Fees means those fees set forth in the Multilateral Instrument charged in connection with SEDAR; and

  • The SEDAR system facilitates the payment of CSA filing fees, market centre filing fees (if permitted by applicable market centre filing requirements) and SEDAR System Fees by permitting a subscriber to maintain an EDI banking account and issue electronic payment instructions at the time that an electronic filing is transmitted.

  • The applicable SEDAR System Fees are described in the System Fee Rules and the SEDAR Filer Software automatically calculates these charges.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • XXXXX System means the XXXXX filing system of the Commission and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto promulgated by the Commission in Regulation S-T under the Securities Act and the Exchange Act, in each case as the same may be amended or succeeded from time to time (and without regard to format).

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.
