Securities Trading Day definition

Securities Trading Day means each business day in a Securities Trading Location when settlement of securities trades can be made by the office of State Street (or, if applicable, any agent therefor) in such Securities Trading Location.
Securities Trading Day means any day that is (or, but for the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event, would have been) a trading day on the Securities Exchange;

  • Trading Day means a day on which the principal Trading Market is open for trading.

  • Principal Market means the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • Principal Trading Market means the national securities exchange or other trading market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the Original Issue Date, shall be the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

  • OTC means Over-the-Counter.

  • VWAP Trading Day means a Business Day.

  • Securities Exchange means, at any time, the registered national securities exchange on which the Corporation’s equity securities are then principally listed or traded, which shall be either the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ Global Market (or similar national quotation system of the NASDAQ Stock Market) (“NASDAQ”) or any successor exchange of either the New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.

  • Trading Market means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).
