Securities Transfer Act definition

Securities Transfer Act means the Securities Transfer Act (British Columbia) from time to time in force and all amendments thereto and includes all regulations and amendments thereto made pursuant to that Act.

If there is a conflict or inconsistency between these Articles and the Business Corporations Act, the Business Corporations Act will prevail.

Securities Transfer Act means An Act respecting the transfer of securities and the establishment of security entitlements (Québec) as amended and includes any subsequent amendment thereto and any other statute which may be substituted therefor;

Securities Transfer Act means the Securities Transfer Act, S.A. 2006, c. S-4.5, and any statute that may be substituted therefor, as from time to time amended;

Securities Transfer Act means the Securities Transfer Act (Alberta), as amended from time to time.
