Street Trading definition

Street Trading means the selling or exposing or the offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) or the supplying or offering to supply any service in a street for gain or reward.

More Definitions of Street Trading

Street Trading means the selling or exposing or offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) in a street. The following are not street trading for the purposes of this policy:-
Street Trading means (generally) the selling, or exposing or offering for sale, any article in a street

Street Trading means the selling, offering or exposing for sale, or the delivering for gain or reward of any article, which is wholly or in part carried out in or from a public place; but does not include the occasional selling of any article if the net proceeds of the sale are wholly applied for the benefit of a church or school or other charitable or cultural purpose;
Street Trading means, subject to sub-paragraph (2) below, the selling or exposing or offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) in a street;
Street Trading means the selling of any goods (including a living thing) or the supplying or offering to supply any service for reward, as an informal trader, street vendor, peddler or hawker in a public place or a public road but does not include the sale of newspapers only.
Street Trading means, subject to certain exceptions contained in Schedule 4, the selling or exposing or offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) in a street.
