Pink OTC Markets definition

Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink.
Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter­dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink. “Warrant” means this Warrant and all warrants issued upon division or combination of, or in substitution for, this Warrant.
Pink OTC Markets means the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink. “OTC Bulletin Board” means the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority OTC Bulletin Board electronic inter-dealer quotation system.

  • If the Common Stock is not listed for trading on a national securities exchange on the relevant date, the “closing price” of the Common Stock shall be the last quoted bid price for the Common Stock in the over-the-counter market on the relevant date as reported by the Pink OTC Markets, Inc.
