Securities Resolution definition

Securities Resolution means a resolution adopted by the Board or by a committee of Officers or an Officer pursuant to Board delegation authorizing a series or a supplemental indenture authorizing a series executed by an authorized Officer.
Securities Resolution means a resolution of the board of directors of the Depositor or any authorized committee of such board or by a committee of Officers or an Officer pursuant to delegation by such board authorizing a series or a supplemental indenture authorizing a series executed by an authorized Officer.
