Interest will be calculated as specified in either (i) the Base Prospectus or as modified in the applicable Final Terms or (ii) the Securities Note (as the case may be).
The Fiscal Agent accepts its appointment as Calculation Agent in relation to each Series of Notes in respect of which it agrees to be named as such in the relevant Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus or Securities Note (as the case may be) and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.
Bearer Notes may be exchanged, if so provided in the applicable Final Terms or Securities Note (as the case may be), for Registered Notes.
