Securities Note means a securities note relating to a Tranche of Covered Bonds for the purposes of Article 5.3 of the Prospectus Directive in a form to be agreed with the relevant Dealer(s) for use in connection with, and supplemental to, the Registration Document and setting out the contractual terms and other prescribed information in respect to such Tranche of Covered Bonds;
Securities Note means this document.

Unless otherwise stated, the Securities Note is subject to Norwegian law.
No other measures have been taken to obtain authorisation to distribute the Securities Note in any jurisdiction where such action is required.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Securities Note, Norwegian law will apply.
Information procured by any other person is of no relevance in relation to the Securities Note and cannot be relied on.

More Definitions of Securities Note
Securities Note means the securities note issued by the Issuer in respect of the Bond Issue, dated 1 February, 2023, forming part of the Prospectus; and
Securities Note means the securities note prepared in connection with the Programme as revised, supplemented or amended from time to time by the Issuer and the CBC in accordance with Clause 6.2 of the Programme Agreement including any documents which are from time to time incorporated by reference in the securities note, except that in relation to each Tranche of Covered Bonds only, the applicable Final Terms shall be deemed to be included in the securities note.
