(f/k/a Concordia Healthcare Corp.), the guarantors party thereto, Xxxxxxx Sachs Bank USA, as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent, and the lenders party thereto.

  • Noteholder Claims means all Obligations in respect of the Notes or arising under the Noteholder Documents or any of them, including all fees and expenses of the Trustee thereunder.
