Swap Provider definition

Swap Provider means any Person that, at the time it enters into a Swap Agreement is a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender, in its capacity as a party to such Swap Agreement.
Swap Provider. The swap provider under the Swap Agreement either (a) entitled to receive payments from the Supplemental Interest Trust or (b) required to make payments to the Supplemental Interest Trust, in either case pursuant to the terms of the Swap Agreement, and any successor in interest or assign. Initially, the Swap Provider shall be Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch.
Swap Provider. The swap provider under a swap agreement either (a) entitled to receive payments from an administrator from amounts payable by the Trust Fund under this Agreement or (b) required to make payments to an administrator for payment to the Trust Fund, in either case pursuant to the terms of a swap agreement, and any successor in interest or assign.
