Secretary to the Board definition

Secretary to the Board means the staff member of the Secretariat of the Fund serving as secretary to the Board; and
Secretary to the Board means the Secretary to the Board of Governors of the Institute.
Secretary to the Board means the person designated by the Prime Minister by notice in the Gazette as performing the functions of Secretary to the Board for the purposes of this Act;
