The acquiring party shall have no rights to use any Licensor Know-How relating to the Primary Indication or the Secondary Indication in connection with the development and commercialization of its own compound or product for the Primary and/or Secondary Indication.
The Parties shall establish a Joint Management Committee (the "JMC") to oversee the development and commercialization program for Licensed Product for the Primary Indication and the Secondary Indication, and to facilitate the exchange of information between the Parties.
