Scratching definition

Scratching means any withdrawal of an Entrant from an Event within terms permitted between the Event Organiser or EntryBoss and the Entrant; and
Scratching means the declaration in accordance with the Rules of Racing that a Race Entrant is a non-Starter, and includes the withdrawal of a Race Entrant.
Scratching means the withdrawal of a Competitor for any reason whatsoever prior to the start of the Event in which it is a Competitor.
