Information Commissioner means the UK Information Commissioner and any successor;
Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.
Electronic Protected Health Information (EPHI means Protected Health Information that is transmitted by electronic media or maintained in any medium described in the definition of electronic media at 45 CFR 160.103.
Annual Financial Information means annual financial information as such term is used in paragraph (b)(5)(i) of the Rule and specified in Section 3(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.
Program Information means all non-public Fund or CMA information provided to Supplier for the purposes of Supplier’s provision of Services hereunder, including, without limitation, data entered into Supplier’s system or those systems of its Subcontractors.
Data Room Information means all information provided or made available to Purchaser in hard copy or electronic form in relation to Quattro and/or the Assets;
Academies Financial Handbook means the document with that title published by the EFA and amended from time to time, on behalf of the Secretary of State.
Electronic Protected Health Information means information that comes within paragraphs (1)(i) or (1)(ii) of the definition of Protected Health Information as specified below.
Executive commissioner means the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.
Annual Information Form means a document filed by the funds with Canadian securities regulators which provides supplementary information about the funds.
Environmental Information Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations.
Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.
Health information exchange or "HIE" means a health
Biometric information means an individual’s physiological, biological or behavioral characteristics, including an individual’s deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), that can be used, singly or in combination with each other or with other identifying data, to establish individual identity. Biometric information includes, but is not limited to, imagery of the iris, retina, fingerprint, face, hand, palm, vein patterns, and voice recordings, from which an identifier template, such as a faceprint, a minutiae template, or a voiceprint, can be extracted, and keystroke patterns or rhythms, gait patterns or rhythms, and sleep, health, or exercise data that contain identifying information.
Information Circular means a completed Form 51-102F5 Information Circular; “informed person” means
StarCompliance Code of Ethics application means the web-based application used to electronically pre-clear personal securities transactions and file many of the reports required herein. The application can be accessed via the AB network at: https://alliance-ng.starcompliance.com/.
Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);
Deputy Commissioner means the Deputy Commissioner of the DEP Bureau of Customer Services, or designee.
Unsecured Protected Health Information means protected health information that is not secured by a technology standard that renders protected health information unusable, unreadable, or indecipherable to unauthorized individuals and is developed or endorsed by a standards developing organization that is accredited by the American National Standards Institute.
Private information means **personal information in combination with any one or more of the following data elements, when either the personal information or the data element is not encrypted or encrypted with an encryption key that has also been acquired:
Peer-reviewed medical literature means a scientific study published only after having been critically reviewed for scientific accuracy, validity, and reliability by unbiased independent experts in a journal that has been determined by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors to have met the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals. Peer-reviewed medical literature does not include publications or supplements to publications that are sponsored to a significant extent by a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or health carrier.
Protected Health Information (PHI means individually identifiable health information created, received, maintained or transmitted by Business Associate on behalf of a health care component of the Covered Entity that relates to the provision of health care to an Individual; the past, present, or future physical or mental health or condition of an Individual; or the past, present, or future payment for provision of health care to an Individual. 45 CFR 160.103. PHI includes demographic information that identifies the Individual or about which there is reasonable basis to believe can be used to identify the Individual. 45 CFR 160.103. PHI is information transmitted or held in any form or medium and includes EPHI. 45 CFR 160.103. PHI does not include education records covered by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, as amended, 20 USCA 1232g(a)(4)(B)(iv) or employment records held by a Covered Entity in its role as employer.
Required Financial Information means, with respect to each fiscal period or quarter of the Borrower, (a) the financial statements required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.01(a) or (b) for such fiscal period or quarter of the Parent REIT, and (b) the Compliance Certificate required by Section 6.02(a) to be delivered with the financial statements described in clause (a) above.
Annual Information means the information specified in Section 3 hereof. “EMMA” shall mean the Electronic Municipal Market Access System
Health information means any information or data except age or gender, whether oral or recorded in any form or medium, created by or derived from a health care provider or the consumer that relates to:
the Commissioner means the Commissioner for Consumer Protection exercising powers under the Act;
