Scheme Meeting definition

Scheme Meeting means the meeting or meetings of the INM Shareholders or, if applicable, any class or classes of INM Shareholders (including as may be directed by the High Court pursuant to Section 450(5) of the Act) (and any adjournment of any such meeting or meetings) convened by (i) resolution of the INM Board or (ii) order of the High Court, in either case pursuant to Section 450 of the Act, to consider and vote on the Scheme Meeting Resolution;
Scheme Meeting means the special meeting of Shareholders ordered by the Court to be convened pursuant to section 236(2)(b) and 236A(2) of the Companies Act in respect of the Scheme (and including any meeting convened following any adjournment or postponement of that meeting).
Scheme Meeting means the meeting to be convened by the Court in relation to the Scheme pursuant to section 411(1) of the Corporations Act.

Examples of Scheme Meeting in a sentence

  • If you have given a proxy and attend the Scheme Meeting your presence will revoke the proxy and you will be able to speak and vote at the meeting as if you had not previously given a proxy.
