The Company may, prior to the calling of any Scheme Meeting, delete, modify, amend or add to the terms of this Scheme which the Company, upon further consultation with Scheme Parties as necessary or relevant, may think fit or appropriate for the implementation of the Restructuring.
First Court Date the first day on which an application made to the Court for an order under subsection 411(1) of the Corporations Act convening the Scheme Meeting is heard or, if the application is adjourned or subject to appeal for any reason, the day on which the adjourned application is heard.
