Scheme Resolutions definition

Scheme Resolutions means the resolutions of the Target’s shareholders which are incidental to and for the purpose of the Scheme and which are referred to and substantially in the form set out in the Scheme Circular.
Scheme Resolutions means the resolutions to be set out in the Scheme Circular to be considered and, if thought fit, approved at the General Meeting.
Scheme Resolutions means the resolutions of the Shire Shareholders which are required to implement the Scheme and which are referred to and substantially in the form set out in the Scheme Circular and which are to be proposed at the General Meeting.

Scheme Resolutions the resolutions of the shareholders of the Target which are required to implement the Scheme and which are referred to, and substantially in the form set out in, the Scheme Circular and which are to be proposed at the General Meeting.
