These Scheme Resolutions include, but are not limited to, the inward Listing of the Company as a secondary listing on the JSE.
This Prospectus has been prepared on the assumption that the Scheme Resolutions proposed in the notice convening the Scheme Meeting forming part of the Scheme Circular, which accompanies this Prospectus, will be passed at the Scheme Meeting.
