Scheduled Amortization Period definition

Scheduled Amortization Period means, unless a Pay Out Event with respect to Series 1999-3 shall have occurred prior thereto, the period commencing on the Scheduled Amortization Date and ending upon the first to occur of (x) the commencement of the Early Amortization Period, (y) the payment in full of the Invested Amount and (z) the Series 1999-3 Termination Date; provided, however, that the commencement of the Scheduled Amortization Period may occur on such later date as may be mutually agreed upon by the Administrative Agent and the Transferor.
