Amortization Date definition
Amortization Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the day on which any of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 6.2 are not satisfied, (ii) the Business Day immediately prior to the occurrence of an Event of Bankruptcy with respect to any Seller Party, (iii) the Business Day specified in a written notice from the Administrator following the occurrence of any other Amortization Event, and (iv) the date which is 30 days after the Administrator’s receipt of written notice from Seller that it wishes to terminate the facility evidenced by this Agreement.
Amortization Date means the earliest to occur of (i) the day on which any of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 6.2 are not satisfied, (ii) the Business Day immediately prior to the occurrence of an Amortization Event set forth in Section 9.1(d)(ii), (iii) the Business Day specified in a written notice from Agent following the occurrence of any other Amortization Event, (iv) the Business Day specified in a written notice from Agent following the failure to obtain the Required Ratings within 60 days following delivery of a Ratings Request to Seller and Servicer, and (v) the date which is 5 Business Days after Agent’s receipt of written notice from Seller that it wishes to terminate the facility evidenced by this Agreement.
Amortization Date means October 1, 2023; provided however, if the Interest Only Extension Conditions are satisfied, then October 1, 2024.

Borrower shall repay the aggregate principal balance of the Term Loan Advances that is outstanding on the day immediately preceding the Amortization Date, in equal monthly installments of principal and interest (mortgage style) beginning on the Amortization Date and continuing on the first Business Day of each month thereafter until the Secured Obligations (other than Surviving Obligations) are repaid.
