Subject to subsection (f) below, at the Closing Date, all written information, as amended or supplemented from time to time, provided by the Seller to the Issuer with respect to the SAC Property (including the Expected Amortization Schedule, the Financing Order and the Issuance Advice Letter relating thereto) is true and correct in all material respects.
