Examples of SCE Tariff in a sentence

  • No provision of this Agreement is intended to contradict or supersede the SCE Tariff, Applicable Laws, or any agreement covering transmission, distribution, metering, scheduling or interconnection, including the interconnection agreement, each of which shall control in the event of an apparent contradiction with this Agreement.

  • Reference Tariff means an access charge (including any system premium) applicable to a specified Reference Train Service over a specified part of the Infrastructure as specified in QR Network’s Access Undertaking;

  • ISO-NE Tariff means ISO-NE’s Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended from time to time.

  • Fee Tariffs means the fee tariffs specified in the Fees Rules under the activity group A.1 Deposit acceptors (ignoring any minimum fee or zero rated fee required pursuant to the Fees Rules but taking into account any applicable discount rate);

  • PJM Tariff or “Tariff shall mean that certain “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff”, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • CAISO Tariff means the CAISO FERC Electric Tariff, Fifth Replacement Volume No. 1, as amended from time to time.

  • NYISO Tariffs means the NYISO OATT and the NYISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”), collectively.

As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides.   • Fees Tariff means a list of fees approved by the Clubs at a general meeting to be levied by the Management Committee for any matters for which fees are payable under the Rules, as set out at Schedule A.

  • Fines Tariff means a list of fines approved by the Clubs at a general meeting to be levied by the Management Committee for any breach of the Rules, as set out at Schedule A.

  • Attachment point means a point on the network at which network assets are connected to assets owned by another person.

  • CAISO Grid means the system of transmission lines and associated facilities of the Participating Transmission Owners that have been placed under the CAISO’s operational control.

  • Baseline actual emissions means the rate of emissions, in tons per year, of a regulated NSR pollutant, as determined in accordance with paragraphs (i) through (iv) of this definition.

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Resources means synchronized and non-synchronized generation resources and Demand Resources electrically located within the PJM Region that are capable of providing Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves.

  • Service Levels means any service levels applicable to the provision of the Services under this Call Off Contract specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Tariff period means the period for which tariff is to be determined by the Commission on the basis of norms specified under these Regulations;
