SCAN Network definition

SCAN Network means the SCAN Software and SBCL's gateway and hardware and computer systems needed to operate the SCAN Software, excluding [*] which enables Providers or [*] to place laboratory test orders electronically to an SBCL Lab and/or to receive test result reports electronically from an SBCL Lab.
