Sacramento for the purposes of this Section 3.18, shall include (A) Sacramento, (B) all partnerships, joint ventures and other entities or organizations in which Sacramento was at any time or is a partner, joint venturer, member or participant and (C) all predecessor or former corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, organizations, businesses or other entities, whether in existence as of the date hereof or at any time prior to the date hereof, the assets or obligations of which have been acquired or assumed by Sacramento or to which Sacramento has succeeded.
