In the event the parties are unable to settle a dispute between them regarding this Agreement, such dispute shall be referred to and finally settled by arbitration at Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) in accordance with the Administered Arbitration Rules of HKIAC then in effect.
If either party to the arbitration does not appoint an arbitrator who has consented to participate within 30 days after selection of the first arbitrator, the relevant appointment shall be made by the Chairman of the HKIAC.
