Common use of RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Maintenance Agency/Association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access to all Common Areas mentioned in Schedule E as also the garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance and repair services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Association of Allottees and/or Maintenance Agency to enter into the said Unit or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to cause necessary repairs and maintenance and set right any defect.

The Promoter/Maintenance Agency/Association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access to all Common Areas mentioned in Schedule Schedules D & E as also the garages/covered parking and parking Parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance and repair services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Association of Allottees and/or Maintenance Agency to enter into the said Unit Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to cause necessary repairs and maintenance and set right any defect.

The PromoterVendors/Maintenance Agency/Association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access to all Common Areas mentioned in Schedule E as also the garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance and repair services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Association of Allottees and/or Maintenance Agency to enter into the said Unit Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to cause necessary repairs and maintenance and set right any defect.

The Promoter/Maintenance Agency/Association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access to all Common Areas mentioned in Schedule Schedules D & E as also the garages/covered parking and parking spaces Mechanical Car Parking System for providing necessary maintenance and repair services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Association of Allottees and/or Maintenance Agency to enter into the said Unit Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to cause necessary repairs and maintenance and set right any defect.

The Promoter/Maintenance Agency/Association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access to all Common Areas mentioned in Schedule Schedules D & E as also the garages/covered parking and parking Multi-Level Car Parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance and repair services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Association of Allottees and/or Maintenance Agency to enter into the said Unit Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to cause necessary repairs and maintenance and set right any defect.
