Common use of RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Vendor / maintenance agency /association of Purchasers shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, Open/Covered Parking’s and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser agrees to permit the association of Purchasers and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Vendor / maintenance agency /association Developer/ Association of Purchasers shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areascommon areas, Opengarages/Covered Parking’s covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser Purchaser(s) agrees to permit the association Developer/ Association of Purchasers and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. 9.1 The Vendor Developer / maintenance agency /association /Association of Purchasers Buyers shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, Opengarages/Covered Parking’s covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser Buyer agrees to permit the association Association of Purchasers Buyers and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Vendor Promoter / maintenance agency /association Maintenance Agency / the Association of Purchasers Buyers / the Competent Authority shall have rights right of unrestricted access of to all Common Areas, Open/Covered Parking’s garages/ covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser Buyer agrees to permit the association Association of Purchasers and/or maintenance agency Buyers / Maintenance Agency / the Competent Authority to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working daytime hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Vendor / maintenance agency /association Developer/Maintenance Agency/Association of Purchasers Buyers shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, Open/Covered Parking’s and parking spaces Areas for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser agrees Buyers agree to permit the Developer and/or association of Purchasers Buyers and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, otherwise with a view to set right any defect.

The Vendor Developer / maintenance agency /association of Purchasers shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, Opengarages/Covered Parking’s closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser agrees to permit the association of Purchasers and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment said Flat or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Vendor Developer / maintenance agency /association of Purchasers shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, Opengarages/Covered Parking’s car parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser agrees to permit the association of Purchasers and/or maintenance agency agency/Developer to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Vendor Developer/ Promoter / maintenance agency /association of Purchasers shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, Opengarages/Covered Parking’s closed parking's and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser agrees to permit the association of Purchasers and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Apartment Flat or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
