The Allottee(s) shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for used by the Maintenance Society for rendering maintenance services.
The Promoter shall be responsible for providing and maintaining the essential services in the Project, till the taking over of the maintenance of the Project by the Maintenance Society upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project.

The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electric load in conformity with the electric systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the Maintenance Society and/or maintenance agency appointed by the Maintenance Society.
