Retail Operator definition

Retail Operator means any tenant or other person or entity that operates any part of the Greenbriar Lot or the Ft. Jesse Lot for the purpose of selling tangible personal property at retail, as defined in section 1 of the Retailer’s Occupation Tax Act (35 ILCS 120/1).
Retail Operator shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement
