Examples of Restaurant Operators in a sentence

  • No later than the time specified in the Schedule of Performance, the Developer and the Restaurant Operator shall have negotiated the Restaurant Operator's binding letter of intent, binding request to lease, or other binding preliminary agreement for the operation of the Restaurant Development (the "Restaurant Commitment"), and shall have submitted the proposed Restaurant Commitment to the City.

  • Market Operator means a person or persons who manages and/or operates the business of a regulated market. The market operator may be the regulated market itself;
